Frescazo Style Policies

Scope

This Policy applies to all orders placed on frescazo.style and explains how Frescazo Style LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles requests for order modifications or cancellations. By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms below. Customers must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States.

On-Demand Production & Processing

All of our products are custom made-to-order. We do not pre-stock inventory; each item is printed on demand specifically for you. Orders are transmitted to our fulfillment queue shortly after checkout, often within hours. This means there is only a brief window to change or cancel an order before production begins. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage (printing/processing), the order details become final and can no longer be modified or canceled. This policy is necessary because once printing starts, we cannot repurpose or “un-print” the item. In line with our production partner’s policies, we cannot accommodate buyer’s remorse cancellations after fulfillment has started.

Order Modifications (Changes)

If you need to request a change to your order, you must contact us immediately after ordering. We will do our best to accommodate order modifications only if the order has not yet entered production. Acceptable modifications may include:

  • Shipping Address Corrections: If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please email us right away with the correct address. We can update the delivery address only if the order has not shipped yet. (Even if printing has started, we may be able to change the address up until the shipping label is created.) Note: Changing the address may result in additional shipping charges or a partial refund depending on the new destination and shipping method. We cannot change the address after the package has been shipped.

  • Product or Size Changes: If you wish to change the product variant (such as size, color, or design) in your order, we can attempt this only if production has not begun. You may be asked to pay any difference if the new item is more expensive, or we will refund the difference if it is cheaper. Significant changes (e.g. switching to a different product) might require canceling the original order (if still possible) and placing a new order. Note: Making changes to the order may reset or extend the fulfillment timeline (since the production process starts over).

  • Shipping Method Upgrades: If you want to upgrade to a faster shipping method after placing your order, and the order is still in a modifiable stage, we can assist. Additional shipping fees will apply for upgrades. We can only change the shipping speed if the order has not yet shipped and is still being processed.

Limitations: We cannot guarantee that a requested modification will be made in time. If the order has already progressed to fulfillment or shipping, modification requests will be politely declined. No changes can be made to completed or delivered orders.

Order Cancellations

Due to our rapid on-demand fulfillment process, all orders are considered final sale once placed. However, as a courtesy, you may request a cancellation immediately after ordering, and we will honor it only if production on your item(s) has not yet started. If the order is still marked “Waiting for fulfillment” (i.e. not in production), we can cancel it for a 100% refund to your original payment method. This includes a full refund of any shipping fees paid. (Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.)

Cancellation Window: All cancellation requests should be made within 24 hours of placing your order or before we begin fulfillment, whichever comes first. Orders often enter production very quickly, so waiting a full 24 hours is not recommended — please notify us as soon as possible. If your cancellation request comes in too late and the order has already entered the production/shipping stage, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Once an item is being printed, or has been printed and shipped, we are unable to stop the shipment or recover the costs.

No Cancellations After Fulfillment: If your order is in production or already shipped, we regret that we cannot cancel it. At that point, the purchase is final and will be delivered as ordered. We do not provide refunds for orders that have entered fulfillment or shipped, except in cases of our error or product defect (covered by our Returns Policy). In other words, we cannot cancel or refund an order simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size by mistake, or found the delivery is taking longer than expected due to carrier delays. Delayed delivery outside our control (for example, postal service delays) is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund once the item is in transit.

If you missed the cancellation window and your item arrives, you may refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for eligible issues (e.g. defects or misprints). However, per our policies, orders delivered as described and without defect do not qualify for return or refund simply for buyer’s remorse or ordering mistakes.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact us first to resolve any issue with your order. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before giving us a chance to process your cancellation/request, it will void your eligibility for a direct cancellation or refund until that dispute is resolved. In such cases, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment processor (such as order timestamps, fulfillment status, and tracking information) showing that the order was fulfilled according to the terms you agreed to. Any refund that might still be due will be delayed until the financial dispute is settled. To avoid this outcome, please work with us directly—we are here to help within the bounds of our policy.

Policy Changes

We may update or modify this Order Changes & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to our Site. The “Last Updated” date (if shown at the top of this page) reflects the latest revision. Material changes to this Policy will apply only to orders placed after the effective revision date, not retroactively to existing orders.

We review change and cancellation requests as a priority. Our team aims to respond to your email within 1 business day (often much sooner, given the time-sensitive nature of these requests). If you do not hear back within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or reach out again. We will confirm whether the order was still cancelable/changeable and the outcome of your request.
