Frescazo Style Policies
Scope
This Policy applies to all purchases made on frescazo.style and governs the circumstances under which Frescazo Style LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) will issue refunds, replacements, or returns. By completing a purchase, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms below. Customers must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States.
Made‑to‑Order Principle
All Products are printed on demand and individually made for each order; therefore we do not keep inventory for resale. As a result, returns or exchanges for size, color, or change‑of‑mind are not accepted.
Eligible Claims
We will replace the item or refund the original payment (at our sole discretion) only if:

The product arrives misprinted, materially flawed, or damaged.

The product is lost by the carrier or delivered to the wrong address due to our label error.

The product materially differs from the description shown on the Site.
No other reasons, including but not limited to inaccurate sizing, accidental order duplication, or delayed delivery outside our direct control, qualify for refund or replacement.
Time Limit
All eligible claims must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the recorded delivery date (or, for lost shipments, within 10 days of the estimated delivery window). Claims filed after 10 days are automatically denied.
Proof Requirements
Customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the entire product and the defect/damage, plus the packing slip.
- For shipping damage, photos of the external packaging.
- The order number and a brief description of the issue.
Failure to supply adequate evidence may result in denial of the claim.
Return Authorization & RMA
Do not ship items back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns, including “Refused” or “Return to Sender,” do not qualify for a refund and may be discarded or donated.
Once the claim is approved, we will email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label, if a physical return is required. Items returned without the RMA will not be processed.
Replacement vs. Refund

Replacement: default remedy; a new item is produced and shipped at no cost.

Refund: credited to the original payment method; processing may take 5‑10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we are at fault.
Restocking & Disposal
Defective returns are recycled or disposed of; they are never resold. Because items are custom, no restocking fee applies, returns for non‑defective reasons are simply not accepted.
Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payment Disputes
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us voids eligibility for refund or replacement until the dispute is resolved. We reserve the right to submit evidence (order logs, tracking) to the card issuer.
State‑Law Notices
Some states require conspicuous posting of return terms; by publishing this Policy clearly on the Site, we satisfy any such notice requirements.
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer‑protection rights relating to defective or misrepresented products.
Policy Changes
We may update this Policy without prior notice; the “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes apply only to orders placed after the revised date.

Mailing Address: For security and logistics reasons, we release the exact return‑shipping address only after your claim is approved and an RMA has been issued. Any items sent without prior authorization will be refused.
We aim to respond to all claims within two business days. Approved claims are typically resolved within ten business days after we receive complete evidence.
